A:AnswerI don't say this to be a jerk, but be sure you're adjusting the temp the correct way and be sure you don't have items stacked so high that they hold the top open a bit or even contact the top. If you have items that touch the top lid it will make it harder for the things on top to freeze.
I say this because these are things I did. LOL
Good luck with it. Once I repacked it and adjusted the temp properly, it worked great and is still working fine months later
