A:Answer7 cubic feet of products if your items are properly cubed but less if not but not much less. You will still have plenty of space with this size freezer. It would hold several months of frozen meat for 2 people. You would not want to freeze meat longer than 12 months though a lot less months for poultry meat. Check the internet for freezing information for different types of food.
