A:Answeri don't know the full answer to your question, but this freezer isn't eligible for in home servicing (from either manufacturer or geek squad). I wish i had known this prior to purchasing.
A:AnswerYou have to call your "local" BB stores and see if they have any open boxes or floor models. At least here in the North East (Delaware Valley) they are hard to find, but a few stores did have open boxes, but nothing new. Worth making a few calls
A:AnswerAll of them except the very top shelf...the in with the dial. I had to remove them all when setting mine up. Each shelf was carefully packaged in the freezer. So I had to remove them to remove the packing material from around the shelves and reinstall them. Again the top shelf is not removable. But it works great as a shelf. I have 2 frozen meals in aluminum pans up there.
A:AnswerI didn't find stuff falling out to be an issue. You can buy small baskets and such that should work just find though. None are included, however there are shelves.
The freezer comes with hardware that allows you to change the swing of the door.
It swings out to the right as is but you can change it so that it swings out left.
A:AnswerI wouldn't worry about it because the height between each glass is not that high thereby you can't put big heavy item like a turkey that might break it because the glass is not thick. I would not recommend removing some glass shelves to accommodate big heavy items then you might run the risk of breaking it
