I don't know if this is the right answer you are looking for but here is what I do. I would select meat setting and just add a couple of minutes to it with the plus button, you can set 35 minutes on it. I think this thing just has one temperature and it cooks on how long you tell it to cook for. Bottom line you can't program the temp, just the time. I hope that makes sense? The pressure is going to be the same when you have the lid sealed be it 14 minutes or 35 minutes it's just cooking longer for the extra minutes
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Pick a button like meat that is high pressure. Then hit the time cook button and move the time up or down.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. These only have one pressure. No high, low, or manual. It’s a medium pressure so if it calls for high pressure add time. Low subtract to use instant pot recipes with this cooker.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had same problem. Recipes are sorta general for all pressure cookers. I just set the stove timer & turned off the pot like you. I am used to stove top cookers & that's what you have to do with them so it's not a big deal for me to cook that way. But for other recipes, it is great to walk away & let it turn off by itself.
