• I am not entirely sure if the pressure varies between settings. I would recommend using the 'beans/lentils' setting and increase or decrease the time of cooking as required using the 'time cook' button. This setting is very likely to set the cooker to the highest pressure if the pressure is truly variable between different settings.

• you can't control the pressure or cooking time, you can only control the cooking time.
