“I have the 6qt pressure cooker and would like to know if the manual setting is a high temperature setting. It would be nice if more information came with this cooker.”

• I select one of the settings before I set the time. Things like cereal would be a lower setting. And meat a higher temperature. After choosing one of those, then push the time Up or down for the minutes you need.
