I’m not sure but I know 3 hour dried beans was ready in 45 min. Smoked ham hocks the same. 30min. For greens chicken 20min and everything is so tender and tasty. I just found that I had to add extra seasoning NOT salt to whatever I was pressure cooking. It beats a slow cocker in so many ways . It’s just the best kitchen whatever you want to call it that I ever purchased and I bought it for 29.99. Well worth it by far.
