I would suggest checking with Best Buy. If you bought the Insignia brand I believe that it's made by Best Buy. They should be able to point you in the right direction or possibly repair/replace your pressure cooker depending on how old it is or if you have a Geek Squad plan for the product. I think it comes with a 1 year warranty, but I'm not 100% sure since I don't have the paperwork in front of me right now. If it does have a warranty on it you may also want to check out how you paid for the item. If you paid using a debit/credit card, like most people do nowadays, you may want to check the fine print with the card company. I say that because some cards will double the length of all manufacturers warranties, but a lot of people don't remember what, if any, benefits their card may have. They just swipe, insert or tap and go about their day.
