Take it to the place where you bought it and ask, they're usually good, or don't care and in both cases you'd get it replaced...
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.thats a power issue...check the fuse that supplies the 12v to the power outlet in your vehicle and also check the fuse thats in the power adapter from the monitors.

Please try again later.they're under warranty for a year. if best buy can look up the purchase (either with your credit card or whatever), then they will refund your money or replace them. I didn't have the receipt either but was able to find on my credit card statement when I had purchased them.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Did you use your phone number when you bought it? Or a credit or debit card? They can look up the purchase using the credit-debit card. I bought the insurance so they had to give me back my money (including insurance cost) because like you, the stupid thing broke after a FEW DAYS. They might charge a "restocking fee" but at least you can some of your money back. If they give you a hard time, just keep asking to speak with a manager. My lil sister got them to waive restocking fee once after arguing for more than an hour. Good luck These things are junk. Sad, because I love the idea.
