They are shorter then what comes with the controller originally however they make for a comfortable fit and good replacement if you have lost your originals.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Everything fits pretty well. The d-pad is a little looser than I would like, but honestly it's a pretty good shape. I find myself using that more than I do the ones that came with the elite controller. At least in terms of the satellite dish d-pad. The paddles on the back or a little shorter than the standard paddles but they are also a little fatter as well. I don't prefer them over the originals, but I don't have a problem using them either
