• I could not use it with my CPAP in France. My friend's simple converter did fine.

• I made it a point to not plug in my nook battery or tablet for longer than it took to show full charge. I did have my phone plugged in over nite without and problems!

• I left it plugged in all night (several times) to recharge my camera batteries and tablet. I had no problems.

• You only want to use the voltage convertor portion for 10 minutes at a time. You can use this indefinitely if you are just using the adapter portion.
