“will the all in one purchased in US work for someone with a cpap coming to US from Poland it looks like it will work to convert overseas to US but we need US to Poland for Polish Cpap”

• Not positive about Poland but I used it with my BiPap and my wifes CPAP and they both performed just fine.

• No, this adaptor will only convert 220 - 110 V and it will not do the opposite.
