yes it can. it has a USB connection that would normally plug into the box that plugs into the wall.

If by slip stick you mean a USB flash drive, then no, not directly. You would have to plug this cable into a computer, plug the phone in, and plug the USB flash drive into the computer. You would also need an app that supports transferring data directly to an iPhone.
