QuestionHow do you recharge it. I just order one online, and it didn't come with a charging cord.

- Answer I'm not sure of any other way to charge it than with the cord provided, I would suggest a couple of possible solutions like maybe if you have a cord at home that fits the mold for the charging plug to use to charge your speaker, another suggestion would be to see if best buy or the maker of the speaker can send you a replacement charging cord. sorry I couldn't be of more help but I hope this helps you in some way.

- Answer When the speaker is not in use, it will turn itself off to maximize battery life. You will need to manually turn it on if you would like to use it again.

QuestionAre the battery lights on the back suppose to stay lit up when charging the speaker? I plugged it in to charge and they light up, but then turn off. I don't recall if this just started happening or if they've always shut off during charge?

- Answer Works well with my son's Alexa, don't think he had to do anything special. Read your instruction manual again you shouldn't have any problem. Wish I could be more helpful.

- Answer If your echo show 2 is compatible with Insignia™ - BRICK 2 Portable Bluetooth Speaker all you do is turn the blue tooth on the echo show 2, then have the Insignia™ - BRICK 2 Portable Bluetooth Speaker within 25 feet of the device, you will see a number come up on your echo show 2 you will need to select which is NS-SPBTBRICK2, then push the top button on the speaker, wait a few seconds, and if you are playing something on the echo show 2 it will come on. If you are not playing anything on the echo show 2, the speaker will not come on. If whatever you are playing stops, then your speaker will stop.

- Answer 40 hours total charge. How long it takes to charge a device depends on your device or how much of the charge you use. Took an hour and 22 minutes to charge my Android.

- Answer I had a JBL charge three and it got knocked off a cart at work about two and a half feet fall instantly broken.seemed a little fragile. The JBL did have much better sound and bass response. the louder you played it the faster the battery would wear down. which is to be expected.
