- Answer This is a good flash for your purpose. Im a pro shooter and i have 2 on tripods for fill flashes when i shoot outdoors. Small, compact, and potent. Worth the $ and they dont hurt the pockets

- Answer You can go Cowboy Studio, Lusiana, or any set that has a hotshoe mount for the camera. I picked up a 8 chanel trigger/receiver set on ebay that only cost $12 and it works excellent.
