“Ok to leave controllers on for a long time? Some chargers can ruin the battery over time because they continue charging even when the battery is fully charged. Is that the case with this one? In other words, if you leave the controller on the stand for a long time after it is fully charged, does it affect the battery life? Or is it designed to stop charging once it is fully charged?”

This unit is designed to stop charging once the controller is fully charged and the indicator light on the base goes off.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.When you place the controller on the stand it has a set of 2 lights that signify when and if it's charging. Once it is fully charged the lights turn off meaning they do stop charging.
