• Yep, it will. The adapters change out easily so you are able to use it all over Europe.

• Yes but be careful with what you plug in... Most items need a transformer like on your computer or camera battery

• It appears at least one of these adapters should function, but because Italy varies on the Electrical Specifications I cannot guarantee either way.. Unfortunately you will have to contact a person or business in the area you'll be traveling, which should help clarify if this is a workable option for you.
