A:Answer Doesn't matter because the input signal is from a single line; each output signal will be the same as the input, so you can plug them into the white/red jacks either way. In other words, the signal that is flowing throw the input cannot be separated out into particular left (white) and right (red) signals, so this just splits the input signal equally to each output, sending the same signal to both outputs.
