• I don't think so this is for rca plugs... you would need an RCA to 3.5 mm adapter

• Yes, they can be used to connect speakers which is why I purchased the product. Make sure you mate your speaker connection correctly before purchasing.

• That is a GOOD question. If your TV has a headphone out jack on it (like mine does), connecting those computer speakers may work.
