• It will pick up the local stations and some extra. If your provider allows you basic service, then it should work.

• I think this antenna only works within 45 miles but they do sell some that range for 61 miles away

• Yes I believe you should be able to pick up your stations but not sure it it will at 61 miles from your nearest location.
