Q: QuestionI want to use a sound bar with my monitor, but the sound bar only has HDMI out and one HDMI port and it doesn’t have a 3.5 mm will it work with me plugging in the sound bar and then plugging it into the monitor

Q: QuestionWhy are my speakers only outputting stereo? My Windows 10 computer is configured to 5.1 in Sound Panel, I made sure to switch to 5.1 on the product, and I’m using an optical cable. Unless I have bad audio files that aren’t actually DD, then IDK what’s up.

Q: QuestionI have this hooked up to HDMIbaseT going to a Sony projector using a lightning to HDMI and hooked l to a iPhone. It works for a short time and looses signal. I also use a HDMI from a laptop. It drops signal intermittently. Will this not support this?

• A:Answer If laptop support HDMI output, you can plug it to NS-HZ340 and output to Sony projector. For iphone connecto to a lightning to HDMI convert, plz make sure if it is from apple dealer. Since it's a converter, it might cause signal loss or has compatibility issue.

• A:Answer NS-HZ340 is to attracted audio from HDMI. There's nearly no audio latency between video & audio. If you still can feel the latency, it's suggested you can adjust the latency time from TV side.

• A:Answer If your headphones have a dongle that gets plugged into a HDMI port then yes you can use this extractor. The HDMI extractor does require that you use 2 HDMI cords. 1 for input and 1 on the output side.

• A:Answer I bought an extractor from Amazon and it didn't work at all. Found this one at my local best buy and it works exactly as it should. Any hdmi should work. My surround system only works with an optical cable. I had issues at first, but found i had to switch the tv audio settings to 7.1 channel surround. Works perfect with no issues at all.
