• I bought an 18 ft.³ top mount refrigerator-freezer in stainless steel with the optional insignia icemaker recommended by Best Buy. The geek squad installed the icemaker kit in my home and thought it should work; however, it was not making ice. Best Buy sent a different crew within one week to inspect the installation. They determined that the icemaker was defective and would arrange for a new icemaker to be installed. That follow-up visit is pending.
