• yes it has a cord it isn't wireless, just make sure your phone has the port

• Its a universal unit for landline phones. I use it on the Panasonic cordless phones. It works with these, and should work with others. The quality of this headset as far as the speaker on your ear is much to be desired though. Volume is very poor.
