Will it clean a disk with scratches null

Yes it cleans discs with minor surface scratches great as long as the disc is not "grooved" or the scratches are on the label side. cleans off residue that builds up on CD's Games and Movies over time as well. and as long as you keep the discs wet with the provided moisturizer it wont harm them.

Mine did with very good results

It will make a well handled DVD skip less

It will help to smooth the scratched surface.

We didn't get it to work to find out if it removes scratches.
