QuestionI have owned mine for several months now and at least once a day it will freeze on me. The back lighting will stay on and wont dim out ultimately killing the battery if I am not careful. Anyone know a fix for this other than remove batteries.

- Answer This remote is for use with Xbox One, and only Xbox One. It doesn't matter what TV it's hooked up to. Insignia is only Best Buy's home brand, and the company that made this accessory. An Insignia TV is not needed with this, because it only controls Xbox One functions. And it only controls the volume of your TV if you have your Xbox set up to do so.
