“Does this product work with a Mac computer? I have mine plugged in and the audio works fine. I can hear music if I play it. Though, I have tried recording a few things and no sound come through.”

• You may have a setting issue on your Mac. Once set up, it works fine on any computer.

• Check your settings under recording devices cause if the audio works with your Mac the mic should to.

• I'm not aware of this not working with a Mac. I'd recommend checking the audio settings inside your Mac and ensuring the headset is set to your audio out.
