Does this product work with a Mac computer? I have mine plugged in and the audio works fine. I can hear music if I play it. Though, I have tried recording a few things and no sound come through.

You may have a setting issue on your Mac. Once set up, it works fine on any computer.

Check your settings under recording devices cause if the audio works with your Mac the mic should to.

I'm not aware of this not working with a Mac. I'd recommend checking the audio settings inside your Mac and ensuring the headset is set to your audio out.
