• Yes. I run Windows 10 okay, but I'm sure it works in all Windows versions at least since Vista.

• Yes. You may have to find a place in your settings to turn on a microphone, however. Use the control panel. Or the settings of whatever recording software you might use.

• Yes! You coonect it to your sound card. You may need to check the levels in the sound settings applet to insure you can hear and be heard!
