QuestionMy new CD will not play at all.

- Answer If other CD's play then there is an issue with the CD. I have had defective CD's in the past, especially burned ones. If the CD player is not working, first try installing fresh batteries and make sure the LCD screen is showing numbers. Check that it is turned on. Beyond that I have no other solutions except to bring it to the Geek Squad so they can look at it.

- Answer Yes, as long as your car can accept an RCA cable. This was the main reason I bought mine because my new car does not have a CD player. It works great.

- Answer You can plug an AUX cord into the headphone jack of this player and then plug the other end into the AUX port of your 2017 GM Vehicle (it should say AUX in your car). The AUX cord should look like a headphone jack on both ends of the cord.

- Answer I have not had to change the batteries yet. The brand and age of batteries determine the play life generally in small tech stuff. Don't leave the item in a hot car with batteries in it and take them out if not using the player for more than a few days.

When you PAUSE your listening by pressing the Play/Pause button on the unit, and resume the listening using the same button, YES it continues from where you left off. If you turn OFF the unit, or remove power from the player (e.g.: remove the batteries), it will begin from the start of the track. - Answer The Insignia Portable CD Players my wife and I just recently purchased from Best Buy are not Bluetooth enabled, They do however have the ability to be played through any device that accepts a 3.5mm Male to Male Stereo Audio Aux Cable. With the aid of one of those cables, I listen to my CD Player through my sound deadening headphones while operating loud power tools.
