Q: QuestionHDMI connection video but no audioHi. I have a toshiba LCD TV with an HDMI cord that has worked with other devices. I see the video, but have no sound. Is there anyway to troubleshoot this? Thanks.

• A:Answer Try using them again with the same HDMI cord and TV. If they work, then there's a problem with this blu-ray player. But there's a good chance that the HDMI cord has stopped working, which has happened to me a couple of times, and can be fixed by using a spare HDMI cable.

Q: QuestionGoogleCan this unit navigate the internet? Can you use it for example with google?. The questions goes since I watch a lot of TV from Argentina, so I need to google it and find it and play it (I know you have direct access to Netfix, Youtube and stuff). In other words, does this unit have a internet browser that can be used with any website?

• A:Answer No, this unit will not navigate the Internet, as such. It has a few dedicated sites it can access, such as Netflix, Pandora, Cinema Now, but not Youtube. So you won't be able to access it with Google. But it is great at quickly finding and playing from the sites it is programmed to reach.

• A:Answer You can connect to a wireless router, by following the directions to select your router, and enter a security code (if you are on a secure network). It will remember the router and the code each time you turn it on. If you don't have a wireless router, you can connect using an Ethernet cable (if you are close to a router, or can use an Ethernet cable of sufficient length to reach the router or an access point (such as you might find in a hotel room).

• A:Answer Some wifi enabled players require a separate wireless adapter. This one has the adapter built in, so all you need to do is power the unit up, enter your wireless network password with the remote, and it should hook up to your wireless network. I'm not sure of the exact answer to your "smart" question.

• A:Answer I connected the Insignia player via HDMI to the LG 42P J350 TV set. The TV has an optical audio output. I bought an optical to analog converter from Amazon. This way I get stereo sound (2.0?) through my receiver when playing DVD's or Pandora. I imagine the newer home theater receivers have optical and coax inputs and 5.1 speaker terminals.

Q: QuestionDoes Product Have Web Browser?I'm not interested in any of the "apps" that come on most Blue Ray Players, but would like to use a regular Internet Browser built into the Blue Ray player so that I may choose the content/sites/video/etc that I browse to. • A:Answer Sure. That's what we have, along with a Linksys wireles G router. We get great reception and streaming with little delay and no buffering, about 50 feet from the router. It probably has greater range, but that's our set-up.
