You cannot use this device to use European equipment in the US.
A:AnswerThe converter has a small button on one side for high and low setting. Curling irons should be used on the converter high setting for short term use, like 10 minutes. Included plug adapter that should work in India
A:AnswerThe map inside the case shows that it works in South America. We used ours in Peru with no problem. Although some hotels we stayed at had 110 outlets with universal plugs that work for phone charging etc. so we didn't need to use it everywhere.
A:AnswerThere aren't any usb ports. There is a plug outlet in the converter to plug various electronics into. You would plug your phone adapter into this outlet on the converter itself if needed. Check to see if your phone will work on more than one current. A lot of devices switch currents automatically You may only need a different plug adapter and not a converter.
A:Answer10 minutes or less on converter's high setting for curling irons, blow dryers etc. Most cell phones and laptops work on 110 and 220v current. Check your device. You may only need a plug adapter for your phone. The converter comes with plug adapters for outlets, There are ones shown as working in the Middle East.
A:AnswerHi, Dinah.
This Adapter/Converter can definitely work in the UK. However, it is important to consider that it is designed to be used only with small portable devices and needs to run 15 minutes use by 10 minutes rest.

A:AnswerHi, Koal.
This device is designed to be used with small portable electronics. We do not recommend to use it with hair dryers since the variation of voltage of such machines can cause the Adapter/Converter to malfunction.

A:AnswerIt will power a hairdryer or a cell phone charger. The only issue will be if the places you go have 2 prong outlets, a type C plug, or 3 prong. The 3 prong are round pin in a triangle, type D, or in a line, type M. All are used in Nepal but I don’t know where which is used. I also do not know if D and M adapters are available for this converter.
A:AnswerHi! The continuous usage depends on the device that you would like to connect to it. This converter has two settings: 1. Low setting (devices that use less than 25W) and 2. High setting (devices that use 26–1875 W). The high setting is designed to be used for 10 minutes or less.
