Can you use this reader to transfer pics to an iPad? null

I think yes. I use this to transfer pics to Samsung Galaxy view.

I can't say for sure but I'm guessing if the IPad has a usb port it will work it worked on my laptop and my chromebook.

No. There is another adaptor available that will allow file transfers between an SD card and an iPad. I got one at Best Buy for about $21 (open box discount). The adapter I bought works flawlessly.

This memory card reader plugs in to any 2.0 USB port. To my knowledge iPads do not have USB ports. So no, it will not work with an iPad.
