- Answer Try looking up the product name and its driver on Google. You shouldn't have a hard time finding it, provided you have an internet connection.

- Answer Yes it will work with an older Mac Air. The only issue I had was that I found the drivers on a Taiwanese website! But it works like a champ

QuestionWhy am I getting a Failed message when trying to intall this adapter? It was installed yesterday but my Mac was not recognizing it. I shut down and trashed the other dowloads but it is saying..failed when trying to install. Thanks.

- Answer Depends on how you configure your networking. I don't think it's an idea situation long term. Look for a USB hub or switch to add Ethernet ports to your network. You can 4 port GB switch for under $20. 8 ports are slightly more.
