“I purchased this product and tried connecting my S8 with the tv and all I get is no signal. I have the usb c plugged into my phone and HDMI cable plugged into adaptor and into the tv. What am I doing wrong? Do I have to do something to the phone?”

I could not get this to work either. The Geek Squad tried to help and could not get it either. Only option Best Buy offers is the Samsung Dex Station and the Samsung Multiport.
