Update the driver by following the online instructions. I experienced the same at first, but when follow the steps it works!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Just make sure the driver is updated. With the I had the same problem with my 2.0 port I read online that you need to use a 3.0 port for a good resolution.
