• As soon as you plug it into your phone or tablet, it will have a notification pop up about a USB device. Select that and it will run with which file (where your pics are stored) you want to open

• I just plug mine into the phone, open my File Manager app and view the SD card.

• It’s plug and play. Just attach the cord to the USB-c port and insert your memory card into the unit and you should have a icon come up on your desktop.

• It is a plug and play. You may also connect via their website and download drivers. Most computers Mac or Win have the drivers if one does the updates and one has given 3rd parties download privileges.
