“I have this mount. the small piece with the ball joint that connects the cllp to the holder is broken. How can I get a replacement piece? Any help would be appreciated.”

• I don't know, the same thing happened to me what I did wae to use super glue to glue it, and don't tighten as much. That worked for me.

• that happened to mine all I did was take it back and they replaced it
