If your issue is the door controller reporting "No Response" in the Home app, it has nothing to do with the compatibility of your garage door opener. It appears to be a common and widespread issue with this device. Your best bet is calling Insignia support and beating the dead horse, er, I mean performing the usual troubleshooting steps with them over the phone, you know, restart, remove the device, re-add, sign out of everything, sign in, screw everything else up that was actually working just to confirm this device in fact doesn't work.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If its not working reliably, I would suspect the problem maybe with your WiFi signal strength. It could also be caused if you have a mixed 2.4/5.0 GHz WiFi. I usually suggest people have a separate 2.4 GHz SSID just for IOT devices.
