Yes, I just hooked up to this exact Genie model. Use the cord with the bare wire ends and stick them in to the same connectors as the wall button connects to (on the far right)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it should work with that model. One set of terminals are connected to the garage door opener. The other set of terminals are connected to the garage door sensors that detect if the there is an obstruction near the door. From your photo, I can't tell which one is which. Check the manual for the Genie model you have to see which terminal the door opener is wired to. Or call Genie support and have them help you.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Two of those wires probably go to the antenna for your standard opener remote. The other two should be traceable to the button. Those are the two you'd wire this controller into. You'll have to figure out which matches up with the red/black via trial and error.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Not sure, but it does work with my 2028 Genie I connected it to the first two sockets (on the right) that already had 2 wires in them, I think they are the ones that go to the wall switch.
