“I have an Overhead Door opener, Signature 950CD. I have strong 2.4 WiFi signal in garage, all indicators show connected and operating correctly. My garage door operates with remote and from wall switch. But doesn't operate from Homekit! Help?”

I just posted a similar questions (I have an Overhead Door opener). Sounds like there may be a problem with this brand. I have similar issues. Mine won't open via the pushbutton on the Insigna controller, so it has nothing to do with Homekit. Jack

If that is working, then you may need to ensure that it is on your WiFi network. Follow the instructions for getting it on your WiFi and pairing with HomeKit.
