Try deleting the accessory from the home app and adding it again. Otherwise I had to work through Insignia customer support and get a replacement for mine under warranty.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.To reconnect your sensor to the hub. Ensure the hub is connected to Wifi. Locate the green button on your hub and press until (about five seconds) the led starts flashing. Press the led button on your sensor until the led flashes. Make sure the sensor is close to the hub when reconnecting. Good luck.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had same issue a few times. Unplugging from power outlet for 30 seconds and replug worked for me. Insignia are aware of this issue and support said they are rolling out an update. Hopefully that will be coming to all soon.
