How many doors can this unit operate? null

Just one. The package comes with 1 controller and 1 sensor. The controller comes with a wire that connects to the opener motor (plug on one end, pigtail or flat connector on the other), and the sensor mounts onto the door itself, either panel or support strut. You could in theory run a jumper wire from the main setup to a second motor, but then both doors would be in-sync (open or shut), so they could not be controlled individually.

Just one and specifically working with garage door. You can manage the garage door with one phone only.
