I really can’t answer it because I am having the same problem. This advices is kind difficult to install and to get running. I am disappointed with it. I don’t think I am going to depend on it to get my appliances and lights to work. Besides the customers service from Best Buy doesn’t make any effort to know the product so they can answer any question about it. Anyway, I can’t return what I purchased so I am going to sale it and I am not going to bother with it anymore. Best luck to everyone.
