it is not linking to the internet, try resetting the internet, these plugs live on the 2.4 ghz channel while we with our phones tv and alexa live on the 5ghz channel so sometimes you wont realize your 2.4 ghz channel is down until the green flashing of terror begins

Not connecting with the app after a hard reset. It must be something on the Best Buy development end to brick all devices at the same time. My Wemo smart plug still works fine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Same problem. I had multiple units working for a few days with Alexa and then they just stopped. They sometimes work with the insignia phone app, but why bother? it easier to just walk over and flip a switch.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Dave Your internet may have been down. Have you tried resetting router. Or turning computer off for a minute or two. I have 4 switches. One of them blinked and didnt work. I unplugged the switch for a minute or so, and its ok. I do get an occassional message “switch has lost contact with internet” but then goes away. Good luck! John
