All four of mine stopped communicating with the app. Tech Support told me it's a known problem

Please try again later.If you use an Apple device (iPhone, iPad) to set up the smart plug, you'll have to wait for another update for the application for the connection to be stable. I contacted Insignia about the bug in the application and they informed me that the Android version should be updated now but they don't have a timetable for the iOS app update.
