I called the company about this. Apparently their app is under construction and won't be up again until Jan 9th. Never buy from this company again.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We bought 15 smart plugs & Home Minis from Best Buy. We kept 3, and gave the rest out as Xmas presents. One of the 3 smart plugs we kept has already stopped working. My son (hi-tech) said the problem is with the connect through the Best Buy app (you must download). Two other family/friends said they can't get their smart plugs to work. I'm very concerned about how this might reflect on my family since we gave a dozen away as gifts.
