“Had all my plugs stop working after a few days.(Jan5) spent hours trying to reconnect every which way. The fact that you have to connect to bestbuy (scary) liked the cheap plugs while they worked. Luckily I can return them. Good luck everyone!”

I called the company about this. Apparently their app is under construction and won't be up again until Jan 9th. Never buy from this company again.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have had my insignia plug for almost a year and never had any issues. I have it connected in my kitchen and have set up the schedule to start my percolator on certain mornings or have started my crock pot in the afternoons.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We bought 15 smart plugs & Home Minis from Best Buy. We kept 3, and gave the rest out as Xmas presents. One of the 3 smart plugs we kept has already stopped working. My son (hi-tech) said the problem is with the connect through the Best Buy app (you must download). Two other family/friends said they can't get their smart plugs to work. I'm very concerned about how this might reflect on my family since we gave a dozen away as gifts.
