“How do you get two devices to show up on the "devices screen". One device shows up and it only shows "Add new device" below it. I have two smart plugs and would like for them both to be on the same screen. Do I need to put them in separate "locations"”

When you setup device and click add new, DO NOT ADD NEW LOCATION, click on the current label, it took me several attempts to realize your existing location is a 'hot radio' button. SO just tap over your current location name, When you touch the Label you currently have, it should start searching for your device, select the device, it will then check for your internet network click that enter password & hopefully it works.. If you create a new location you can NEVER DELETE IT, if you have already created New location you will find them under EDIT and can scroll thru them but can't get rid of them, I just started a new account and started over, it would have been nice to have a delete button... hope this helped
