• Return them. Pay $5 more for Wemo. THESE ARE ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE.

• You may be having the same problem that I had if you are using an Android device. I had to install the Insignia companion app on a device with an older version of Android to get it to work. The device had Android Marshmallow on it. I had to Google this to figure it out. It was a pain. Hope this helps.
