“How do I access this device remotely when my phone is not on the same WiFi as the plug? Is there a way to do so without a hub? Currently if I attempt to use the insignia connect app when I am not on the same WiFi as the plug I get 'Accesory not reachable'”

• I haven't had this problem, for me, I can sign into the app from anywhere and control the the Smart Plug. Try reinstalling the app.

• I just checked and it works on Android and Samsung Note 8. I am out of my local area.
