• The "SERIAL NUMBER" on the back of the insignia plug is the MAC address.

• I suggest contacting Insignia directly. They can best give you the information as to the mac address. The only other way I know to get it is to have it connected to any device that you can connect it to and look at the connection information. It should show the mac address there. Otherwise an email or call to support will get the information you need.

• You know I just ran into this myself the other day. Its not listed anywhere are the hardware... I had to pull it out of my router after I drove myself to drink attempting to pair it.
