QuestionI have had this set of headphones for over a year. Within the last week it has been rewinding what I am trying to listen to. I am not pressing the buttons and my phone is in sleep mode. They just rewind the audio on their own.

QuestionFirst pair of these I had for less than a year. The on off switch seemed to stop working. They were replaced with the same thing via Best Buy Warranty. Less than a year on second pair and these need to be replaced. Going to get something else.

- Answer WIndows go to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Devices and Printers On Headset Enter pairing mode. (Press Call Button until pairing is heard) back in Control panel click the Add button and wait to see it found and pair per instructions. IOS My knowledge of IOS some might find disturbing but the same as windows should pretty much apply.

QuestionAm I the only one that gets zero bass out of these? I'm not asking much... I don't need woofer bass, just some. It's like listening to music in a tin can. Can't see anything to change on my Moto Z Force or headset. Just curious.

- Answer This was just answered (by me) - not sure why the question was asked twice instead of waiting for an answer. The answer is to pair the headset with the computer's Bluetooth interface ( this may not exist so you would have to buy a Bluetooth dongle) Steps to resolve: Turn on device paring on the Headset Wndows. Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Devices and Printers click Add and look for the headset. IOS/Andriod Pair in the same manner as for Windows - find the add function for bluetooth devices. The instructions for each OS will explain how to do this.

- Answer It should work just fine, it's just connecting via Bluetooth to the device u plug into the headphone jack, mine works amazing with the splitter I got for my TV just fine.

QuestionThe audio does not pause when I press the play/pause button. I must turn the headset off to stop the audio. After I turn it back on, the audio resumes when I press the play/pause button. Is this normal? Or, is my device defective?
